• Construction consulting and project planning
• Other construction-related services

All services are subject to availability and may vary based on project scope, location, permitting requirements, weather conditions, material availability, and scheduling.

2. Estimates & Pricing

We strive to provide accurate estimates; however:

• All estimates are based on information available at the time of consultation or site inspection
• Additional work, materials, or repairs may be required as the project progresses
• Final pricing may change due to scope modifications, hidden conditions, permit requirements, material costs, or unforeseen circumstances

We will communicate any significant changes and obtain approval before proceeding with additional work whenever reasonably possible.

3. Scheduling & Appointments

When booking an appointment or project:

• Customers agree to provide accurate contact and project information
• We will make every effort to honor scheduled appointments and project timelines
• Delays may occur due to weather, inspections, permitting, subcontractor availability, material shortages, safety concerns, or unforeseen conditions

If you need to reschedule an appointment, please notify us as soon as possible.

4. Payments

Payment terms will be outlined prior to the start of services and may include deposits, progress payments, milestone payments, or final balances.

We accept various forms of payment, which may include:

• Credit/Debit Cards
• Checks
• Bank Transfers
• Other approved payment methods

Late or unpaid balances may be subject to additional fees, project delays, collections activity, or suspension of services where permitted by law.

5. Cancellations

We understand plans can change:

• Please provide at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling
• Project cancellations may be subject to costs already incurred for labor, materials, permits, or administrative work
• Refund eligibility will be determined based on the status of the project and applicable agreements

6. Construction & Project Limitations

AMPCo Construction provides recommendations and services based on visible conditions, project plans, and available information.

However:

• Hidden damage or structural issues may not be discovered until work begins
• Construction timelines may be affected by weather, inspections, permitting, utility providers, subcontractors, or material availability
• Existing conditions may require additional repairs or modifications
• Final project outcomes may vary based on site conditions and other factors beyond our control
• Certain products and materials may be subject to manufacturer warranties and limitations

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate project details and information
• Ensure reasonable access to the project site
• Secure valuables and personal property near work areas
• Obtain any necessary approvals from homeowners associations or other governing entities when required
• Communicate expectations, concerns, and approvals promptly

AMPCo Construction is not responsible for delays or issues resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or delayed information provided by the customer.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, graphics, photographs, logos, designs, and materials created by AMPCo Construction remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• AMPCo Construction shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our liability for any claim arising from services provided shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

10. Website Use

By using our website, you agree:

• Not to misuse or interfere with website functionality
• Not to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Not to attempt unauthorized access to website systems, accounts, or data
